Know who to contact about fees
Your club sets membership prices, refunds, and roster decisions. Contact your club administrator for questions about a specific charge, mandate, or refund.
Understand how Clubmate processes payments
Clubs may collect fees through regulated payment partners inside Clubmate. Clubmate does not store full card numbers or bank login details.
Check payment status in the app
Open Finances in the sidebar to review billing overview, transactions, failed payments, and refunds. What you can see depends on your role and what your club has enabled.
Get product help from Clubmate support
Use the Support page on our website or email support if you have a technical problem with the payment flow itself (for example a page error or a payment that will not submit).
