Sign in, verify your email, and understand access
Resolve login problems, confirm your email, and learn why some menus may be hidden.
Sign in with the correct email
Use the same email address your club registered for you. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you use multiple email accounts, double-check you are on the right one.
Reset a forgotten password
On the login page, click Forgot password. Enter your email and follow the link in the reset email. Check spam or junk if nothing arrives within a few minutes.
Tip: Password reset links expire. Request a new one if the link no longer works.
Verify your email address
Some clubs require a verified email before full access. After signing in, open the verify email screen if prompted and click Resend if needed. Confirm the address on your account is spelled correctly.
Understand roles and permissions
Clubmate hides menus and actions based on your role (for example admin, coach, or member) and what your club has enabled. If you cannot see a feature you expect, ask your club administrator rather than support in the first instance.
Contact support when you are stuck
If you still cannot sign in after resetting your password, email support with the email address on your account and a short description of what happens when you try to log in.
